How Many Pets are included in the price?
Prices include pet sitting for up to 3 pets.
Do you charge extra for holidays?
Yes, there is a $10 surcharge per holiday. Holidays with a surcharge are: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and New Year’s Day.
Do we have to do a meet and greet before starting service?
New clients require a meet and greet before starting services for the first time. This is to make sure I am a good fit for your pet.
When is payment due?
Payment is due within 7 business days from the last visit. (This may change in the future if more non-payments happen, but my customers are usually top-notch! ☺️)
Do you administer medications to pets?
Yes, I can administer pills, drops, and ointments as long as your pet is cooperative and it’s a process you’ve already been doing.
Do you have boarding service?
I do not do animal boarding at this time. I specialize in taking care of your pets in their own home.
Will you update me during your visits with my pet?
Yes, I will send you updates with pictures unless you opt out. (Most clients love this free extra service.)
Do you offer services for other pets besides cats and dogs?
Yes, I love all types of different animals and I will work with you to make sure your other pet’s needs are met to the highest standards. Rabbits, gerbils, lizards, turtles, tortoises, and fish.
What If I Need to Cancel An Upcoming Visit?
Current clients can cancel the upcoming visit through the app. Meet and Greet visits can be cancelled by emailing me at: tonya@rivervalleypetsitting.com.
There is no cancellation fee for the first cancellation.
